These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Platinum Portables LLC’s services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Platinum Portables LLC provides restroom trailer rentals and related services for events, private functions, and businesses. All services are subject to availability.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.Final payment must be received before delivery. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional fees or booking cancellation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel 7+ days before your event: partial refund (less deposit/admin fees).Cancel within 7 days: non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery details and event timing

• Ensure safe and level access to the trailer site

• Prevent misuse or damage to our equipment

• Cover repair costs for any damages due to negligence

5. DELIVERY AND SETUP

We aim for timely delivery and setup. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

6. EQUIPMENT USE

Restroom trailers must be used appropriately. No illegal or hazardous use is permitted. Follow all guidelines provided by our staff.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Platinum Portables LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure

• Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence

8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content is owned by Platinum Portables LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected and used.
